Darek joined Baird in 2026 as a Client Assistant and is now a Client Specialist with the Naleid‑McGuire Group. Before transitioning into financial services, he spent five and a half years as a high school mathematics teacher, where he developed strong communication and relationship‑building skills. He brings that same collaborative, client‑focused approach to his work at Baird, getting to know each client personally and helping connect them with solutions that support their goals.
Originally from Elmwood, Wisconsin, Darek graduated from the University of Wisconsin–Eau Claire in 2020. Outside of work, he and his fiancé, Taylor, enjoy spending quality time with family, cheering on the Milwaukee Brewers, and taking road trips to visit lifelong friends.
